Patios, walkways and hardscaping in Arvada.
Built from the base up, so it stays flat.
We build paver, flagstone and stamped concrete patios, walkways, driveways and steps in Arvada and nearby towns, along with fire pits, seat walls, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fences, sheds and French drains. We install new work and repair what is already there.
Every hardscape starts underneath: grading, base and drainage. That part never shows in the photos, and it is the reason a patio is still flat years later.
Patios, walks and drives.
New installs and repairs. If a patio has heaved or a walk has cracked, we can look at fixing it before replacing it.
Patios
Paver, flagstone and stamped or stained concrete patios, sized for a table, a fire pit or both.
Walkways and steps
Flagstone walks, concrete paths and stone or concrete steps that connect the yard to the house.
Driveways
Driveway replacement and extensions. One client hired us out of seven bids to replace and extend theirs.
French drains
Drainage that moves water away from the house and keeps patios and beds from washing out.

Walked through before anyone digs.
Chad and the project supervisor, Benito met with us that morning to walk through the project plan, mark the work areas and to make sure that what they were going to do was what we wanted… Now we even refer to our walk as “Benito’s Way”.
Fire pits, pergolas and outdoor kitchens.
The pieces that make a patio a place to spend the evening.
Fire pits and seat walls
Round block fire pits, rectangular fire tables and stacked stone seat walls.
Pergolas
Wood pergolas over the patio for shade, like the one in our photos.
Outdoor kitchens
Counters and grill islands faced in stucco or stacked stone.
Fences, decks and sheds
Wood privacy screens and fences, decks and sheds, built as part of the yard plan.

Questions about patios and hardscaping.
When is the best time for hardscaping in Colorado?
Spring through early fall. We schedule projects to stay ahead of freeze-thaw cycles, which can damage fresh installations and materials.
How long does a patio last?
Quality hardscaping, installed with proper materials and base, can last 20 to 30 years in Colorado weather.
What drives the cost of a patio or walkway?
Size, materials, how hard the site is to reach, slope and soil conditions, and timing. Colorado’s frost line also affects how deep footings and bases need to go.
Do you repair existing hardscape?
Yes. We install new hardscape and repair existing patios, walks, walls and other features.
